A PT session
To begin with a 1 hour free consultation is made to make sure you are given the workout that matches the results you want to achieve. The initial workout plan will also factor in your fitness level.
An initial 4-6 week plan is required to get adequate results, and this will be adjusted every 4-6 weeks to make things interesting and also to get better shape, as the muscles in the body plateau if you do the same exercises for too long.
Regular weekly exercise is a statement to yourself that you value your health and will commit to devoting time each week to QUALITY exercise, and this can also over flow into the rest of your week. In a busy lifestyle it is quite easy to say you don’t have time, or that you are too tired to exercise, but once you commit to a day and time each week that time WILL become available. 

It is important to be realistic with training sessions and understand the steps involved (depending on our current fitness level). Trying to rush our fitness can lead to disappointment and sometimes injury, so it is important to understand the long term goals and reasoning behind the fitness programme designed for you.
A certain amount of exercise needs to be allocated each week to gain results (not just the 1 hour PT session), and the smarter our choice of exercises (which i will design for you), the more successful our results will be.
Of course other such things as Diet and Rest are also important, but these typically feed off our exercise regime.
