With experience and knowledge in most major sports activities.. sport exercises can be incorporated into your workout to make it more interesting and dynamic.
Sports specific training plans can also be made to complement your given sports activity improving performance and helping to prevent injury.
I have trained ski instructors, people running in 10km and marathans, aerobics instructors, triathaletes, and rugby players.
Other sports i can help specific training for are tennis, swimming, football and golf.
