Being rubbish at sports during my school years, as well as being reminded of it by both my peers and my teachers, put me off exercise and sports for life! Following leaving school, I ended up not doing any exercise whatsoever for 11years, being paranoid about what other gym members and trainers would think about me and how ridiculous I would look again.

 

Training with Luke has totally changed my attitude towards exercise. His bootcamps and personal training have made me feel much better about myself: I feel more energetic (not wanting to pass out anymore after running for the train), feel less tired and it has even had a positive effect on my work, with less back aches at the end of the day.

 

This has all been possible with Luke’s positive encouragement and the realisation that we are all different, with varying levels of starting fitness and also variances of what we want out of it all. The bootcamps, though demanding are also very easy-going, with lots of us with varying levels of fitness all having a good laugh with one another.

 

All-in-all, the past year’s bootcamps and personal training with Luke have had a positive effect on both my attitude towards exercise and towards myself! Nice Job!
