My Background
My name is Luke Daly, i am 37 years old and from New Zealand.
I have been involved in the fitness industry for over 11 years (7 years in London), with strong knowledge in sports training and weights technique for shaping and toning.
I previously worked in media for 8 years as a business project manager, on sports events like the Sydney Olympics and Americas Cup Yachting.
Although i did enjoy the business work in media i have always wanted to start my own fitness business, as i really enjoy inspiring and teaching people how to become healthier, stronger, shape their body and reach their personal goals.
In developing better fitness and better shape people become more confident and feel happier. By knowing what works best for them people also utilise their time more effectively and get quicker results.. so i really do focus on being SMARTER with HOW you exercise.

I have been involved in sports and athletics since i was a child and have strong knowledge in a wide array of sports.
I have been instructing group fitness classes since 2000 in New Zealand at the International Head Office for BTS/Les Mills programmes, such as PUMP and RPM.
I currently teach Body Attack, Body Balance (Yoga, Pilates and Tai Chi), PUMP, RPM and freestyle aerobics toning classes. All of which add to my knowledge and service offering to my personal training clients.
